This review, divided into two sections, covers several motifs associated with this new field. The first section presents a major overview concerning the use of microorganisms (or its product, i.e. Poisons) as dangerous natural agents in the environment of natural warfare (biowarfare), bioterrorism, and biocrime case is illustrated with the examination of case reports that span from prehistory to the present day. Precautionary conduct, developments within the field to insure a timely and effective response and are bandiedherein. Microbial forensics (MF or forensic microbiology) is a recent and directly expanding multidisciplinary branch of exploration that lays its foundations upon classical lures similar as forensic genetics, microbiology, epidemiology, drug, molecular, and evolutionary Scientists within the field of MF bid to descry, identify, and trace the origin( i.e. assigning to a source) of life- changing pathogenic agents bacteria, contagions, and poisons
