Cytokine-based therapies have emerged as a promising avenue in the field of immunology and disease
treatment. Cytokines, small signaling molecules secreted by immune and non-immune cells, play a crucial role
in regulating the immune system and various physiological processes. This abstract provides an overview of
cytokine-based therapies, highlighting their potential in modulating immune responses and treating a wide range
of conditions. Key strategies include anti-cytokine therapies, cytokine replacement, cytokine blockade, and
immunotherapy. Challenges in precision targeting and potential side effects are discussed. As research continues,
cytokine-based therapies offer the prospect of highly tailored treatments and improved patient outcomes
