Semaglutide Single Dose Pen-Injector

Subcutaneous semaglutide, delivered by a single-dose pen-injector at a maintenance dose of 2.4mg once weekly, is approved in the USA for weight management in people with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m2 or higher, or with a BMI of 27 kg/m2 or higher and a minimum of one obesity-related co-morbidity. The semaglutide single-dose pen-injector could be a shield-activated auto-injector.
