Malnutrition affects people in every country of the world, but Sindh province is in worst situation. Most of the peoples don’t know about the malnutrition, what are the causes behind this, whenever malnutrition is causes by undernutrition where an individual is not getting enough calories, protein, or micronutrients. It may involve vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates calories, protein, or mineral. While child malnutrition is extremely common. Since many years due to behavioral change majority of rural people in Sindh are growing commercial crops and nutritious food crops are ignored. Therefore, malnutrition is increasing with the passage of time, not only crop cultivation behavior but food consumption behavior is also a significant contributor in rural malnutrition. Majority of rural population especially people of those areas of Sindh province where poverty level is high they are spending their lives under severe malnutrition. They are caught in a circle. Due to poverty and lack of growing food crops they eat less nutritious food and as result they become weak and their working capabilities are affected adversely that leads to enhanced inefficiencies in their field/ farm work and increase health cost that again increase poverty. Agriculture for Nutrition is one of the key preventive measure of the malnutrition, but its knowledge / information is not available at one place and in local language so that everybody can understand and utilize it.
